All children deserve the opportunity to learn … in Wisconsin, in the Midwest, in the United States. That opportunity is the foundation of an education that is the basis for individual success, strong communities and a prosperous economy.

The Institute for Wisconsin’s Future has joined with The National Opportunity to Learn campaign (OTL) — an initiative of the Schott Foundation for Public Education — to link local, state and national efforts to build community support around the building blocks of that foundation and around all children’s right to quality public education.
